Nadine’s wealth of experience in the industry has enabled her to establish a reputation that precedes her. Thanks to Nadine’s deep understanding of regulatory requirement she has pioneered the setting up of various complex structures. She has built a strong client base that has seen consistent organic growth. Nadine has occupied and currently occupies the roles of Director, Compliance Officer and MLRO on a number of local and international company boards for institutional clients.
Nadine is active both locally and internationally and is a member of various associations, the most recent being ‘’Women in hedge funds in Malta’’. She has featured in a number of local and international publications.

Marvin has gelled our innovative concept and drives forward the operations of the company. Qualified in medicine and surgery (MD) and Risk Management (Fin Serv).
Oversaw the development and commercialization of our borderless unit linked system with several service providers centralized onto it. The service has rolled out to 41 countries over a short span of 5 years.
Dr Stephanie Galea

Stephanie is our legal expert and has worked tirelessly over the past decade to ensure a seamless client journey. Prior to joining ATOM she has worked as a regulatory advisor at a law firm in Malta where she was involved within the structuring and licensing of various financial services entities. Stephanie also serves as a director and company secretary of a number of management companies.

Gregory Molyneux

Greggory is a seasoned Financial Services Professional with 30 years experience in Offshore IFA Sales, the majority of that in the Middle East. Gregory has an extensive network of associates and is experienced in raising significant funds via the IFA’s operating in International Markets.
James Bottomley
Head of Asia Business Development
Previously managing director at JBIC limited, James has comprehensive experience in sales, marketing and new business development within an Insurance Company background, IFA practice and Fund sales. Promoting and selling offshore Funds in Asia for the past 14 years and building up an extensive network of Introducers and partners in the region. Working for an Offshore Life Company, servicing existing accounts and opening new accounts in new regions; including; China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.
